dk11 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules That Govern Your Account

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "dk11" or "the Platform" refers to the online sports betting and casino platform operated at dk11.lol, including all associated services, features, applications, and interfaces made available to registered users.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on dk11. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant regulatory authorities. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your dk11 account, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.

KYC Identity Verification

dk11 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit the following documentation to the dk11 compliance team:

• A clear, unobstructed copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph;

• Live ball-by-ball betting markets are settled based on official match data feeds. In the event of a data feed discrepancy, the Operator's trading team will review and settle based on official broadcast/umpire records.
• Player performance markets (e.g., top batsman, man of the match) are settled in accordance with official tournament or match authority determinations.

Casino & Slot Game Rules

The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are theoretical over millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific individual session outcomes. Prohibited Activities

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated per-offer, typically between 20x and 50x) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.

• Multiple account registration by a single individual;

• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automation tools;

In the event of a suspension pending investigation, dk11 will freeze all account balances. Following investigation, if a violation is confirmed, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all or part of any balance in accordance with the specific violation terms applicable. Where no violation is confirmed, the full balance will be reinstated.

Player-Requested Closure

You may request permanent closure of your dk11 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. All outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Following settlement, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing times. Bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk11 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside the Operator's direct control.

dk11's total aggregate liability to any Player under any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

dk11 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at dk11.lol/privacy-policy. By registering a dk11 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Identity verification (KYC) processing using CNIC and related documentation;

Informal Resolution

The majority of disputes related to bet settlement, payment processing, and account access are resolved at this stage.

Formal Dispute Process

Waiver of Class Actions
